”The modern decor, cleanliness (comfortable bedding) and proximity to the beach was very nice. Unfortunately there was road construction right next to the property and parking was very tight. Units below us had odors that wafted up and loud music was played past midnight. Communicating with the manager seemed to be via AI and did not feel personal although they were responsive. Bath fixtures were coming off the wall and they had insect spraying scheduled during our stay which was not ideal but we...

”Fairly quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches and gas stations. New kitchen and bath fixtures. The beds were comfortable. Extra towels.”

”We arrived to a dirty condo. The floors had not been swept and there was a live roach in the bathtub. We sent photos and swept the kitchen ourselves. They stated that it was unacceptable and would have a cleaning crew out the next day. We left mid morning and came back 6 hours later and it still had not been cleaned. While we were showering for dinner someone came and stated they were there to clean. I stated they were to have done that while we were gone and could they come back as my husband...

”The property was nice and clean, but hard to keep clean with all the road construction and sand. We did our best, but a swiffer would have been nice. The apartment is across the street from a park, where we could walk dogs very easily. It also had a Farmer's Market on Saturday which was very handy for fresh vegetables. It was a really great location for two dogs.....and many of the guests had pets.”
