”Great location in the Arlington area. Very clean. Well equipped. Would stay here again. ”

”Stayed the weekend for a show jumping event at Morven park. This spot was very peaceful and quiet. The small village of Waterford was amazing. The hostess really knocked it out of the park - I've never seen a place supplied with so many incidentals, to improve the quality of your stay. Everything was very easy and memorable. Will probably return with a friend to enjoy the nearby wineyard and apple cidery.”

”Very nice large property. Lots to do on the property itself and walking distance to a brewery/winery. Kitchen could use a few more things like a couple cookie sheets and knives. Outdoor grill is a little hard to use since the grates are really high compared to the coals. Overall very nice trip.”

”Such a phenomenal experience! The place is tucked away, though the woods and in the middle of pastures with horses on one side and alpacas on the other. Beautiful, secluded, quiet. ”This interestingly titled listing is certainly an affordable home option (surprised to see it on Hotels.com - property is maintained by Evolve and it is nowhere mentioned in the listing), conveniently located in the city.
