”Great location, excellent staff, good restaurant, facilities OK. Hotel maintenance could be a bit better. Room next to busy road, substantial traffic noise, especially early evening. Inflexible when amending booking, ie wanted to charge more than original booking when reducing stay by one day.”

”I was traveling in few places in Indonesia and during my trip I made three bookings for this hotel Fahira Hotel Syariah Padang in Padang, so it tells I was really satisfied and had no any reason to think any other hotel options in Padang. People in reception and breakfast room (not to forget cleaners etc.) were always smily and helpful. And they spoke good English. They were also helpful after I had one accident. During my different bookings I was staying in a few different types of rooms and...

”Clean room. Great Customer Service. Excellent experience. ”

”Hotel was dirty and in need Of serious up grades . Food was horrible as well .”

”Saya benar2 merasa terzalimi reservasi di penginapan ini. Namanya sj syariah, tp benar2 kejam drpd penginapan biasa. Semoga berkah uang kalian dapatkan dr cara menipu. Harusnya kalian bikin kos2an drpd hotel. Air sangat kecil, kamar mandi setara kamar kos murah. Cuma...

”The rooms were big and spacious that I've ever stayed thus far. It had nice views. However, looking at the condition of the resort, it needs a makeover. It has not lift which was fine if your luggage were not heavy. But it will be dangerous if you are staying at the second floor and have heavy luggage.”

”THE STAFF WERE SO KIND AND HELPFUL!”

”AN INDONESIAN STYLE HOTEL...NO AIR-CONDITION UNIT AND IT HAS THE OLD STYLE BATHROOM...GREAT IF YOU WANT FRESH AIR AND IF YOU PREFER THE OLD BATHROOMS...VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE STAFF! GOOD LOCATION ON BY-PASS STREET, WITH ONE VERY GOOD RESTAURANT ACROSS THE STREET AND ALSO A VERY BIG GROCERY STORE (BUDIMAN) JUST FEET AWAY...VERY EASY AND INEXPENSIVE TO GET A RIDE WITH GRAB INTO THE CENTER, WHICH IS ABOUT 1K...THE HOTEL IS RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS TO EXPERIENCE AUTHENTIC INDONESIAN...

”Nice hotel, but without seeing other rooms, I am sure the single room downstairs that I was in is the worst in the hotel. Too small and too close to reception area, so impossible to sleep in. Breakfast area in a lovely setting, plenty of nice cafes and restaurants around.”

”The room ok, the Tv channel isonly from antenna,so it blurry, the sink always clogged, the shower hard to control the temperature, this side of hotel only on weekdays,if you want to stay on the better room at the new building, only open in weekends,so don’t expect 4-5 star on weekdays.”

”Would not recommend, plenty of other places to stay in Padang that are very superior for similar pricing”
