”Overall nice and cozy place. Very good beds and I loved they had real duvet covers. Also I appreciated the water fountain. I think that paper plates and plastic utensils were out of place. Anyhow the breakfast quality was good. The staff was ok, but definitely not friendly. Never said good morning etc. So I didn’t feel welcomed to this hotel. (We spent 3 nights.) Backyard view to the hill was stunning! ”

”The hotel was packed for the weekend, and incredibly loud. The walls are paper thin and the people staying next to us were talking until well after 3pm in the morning and we could hear the conversation. The phone in the room did not work so I could not call the front desk. The pool hours were posted around the hotel but they closed it early due to staffing issues. My kids wanted to swim and one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool. I was not impressed with the room and...

”Upon arrival the staff member didn’t acknowledge my presence as I stood there in front of her. During check-in the staff member informed me the pool was closed (which was the main reason we were staying in a hotel), but told me that we could use the pool down the street. ”Staff was friendly, especially the waitress at breakfast! The property, itself, seems tired. The pool was closed (and has been for a while, according to the desk clerk). The side entrance was out of service, apparently due to a power failure a while ago. Remote checkout wasn't working. The restaurant/bar did not serve the full menu on Sunday night, and what I did get was mediocre quality at premium pricing. The whole place was a bit shabby and didn't seem particularly clean.”

”The only downside to this property was finding it. There were no specific directions on how to find the lobby. Some nave to the hotel was minimal, with no explanation to go past the apartments to find the hotel. A bigger sign at the road and a better explanation on how to find it with the confirmation would be helpful. I called the phone number and no one answered so we drove around much longer than we should have.”
