”I wish I had copied and pasted my previous review that I just got done writing! I've stayed here twice and it's incredible. Very comfortable. Very accommodating and above all the staff is amazing. Tiequanna Is by far the best! She worked all weekend last year and all weekend this year and she is just a delight to be around and her energy is infectious and charismatic and just makes you so happy to be there because she really, sincerely makes you feel like she wants you to be there. ”The room was clean and nice. I forgot my toiletry bag, and the hotel provided everything complimentary (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor). The breakfast was good and just on time.”

”The hotel was fine. Nothing special, but perfect for what we needed. The only bummer was it was supposed to include breakfast and since they had a chest tournament in the breakfast room that morning they did not offer for breakfast. They did offer a continental breakfast of coffee, tea, and muffins but we still would’ve appreciated the breakfast that was advertised. But if you need a hotel in a great location in Wakefield, this is a good option! ”

”The parking lot is in desperate need of repair, there were large pot holes that were quite wide and filled with water as you entered the parking area. I thought an extra light or two would have been nice in the parking lot/walkway area. My room was a king, there was no grab bar in the shower, which would have been helpful to have. I did love that the shampoo, conditioner & bodywash containers were stuck on the shower wall with pumps on them, no need to have travel size bottles! Everything else...

”Room was clean. I was disappointed that i disnt jave a microwave. I always book with one. There was no hot water twice once apon areival and in the morning. Thats a true disappointment. Neighbors were very loud outside. ”

”Bait and switch with room selection upon check in - happened to multiple guests during our stay. Really not happy about needing, reserving and paying for 2 beds and getting 1. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable - but we only had 1 bed, so…”

”The only downside to this property was finding it. There were no specific directions on how to find the lobby. Some nave to the hotel was minimal, with no explanation to go past the apartments to find the hotel. A bigger sign at the road and a better explanation on how to find it with the confirmation would be helpful. I called the phone number and no one answered so we drove around much longer than we should have.”
