Only flag is to be very careful walking at corner as it’s right next to an exit off 101 freeway with no stop sign for the cars exiting Still a careful cross to opposite side of road and then it’s very safe We loved our stay”

”A wonderful family property! Fantastic location! The Santa Barbara house was ideal for our family including grandkiddos & the amenities were extensively amazing…just about anything you could think of, it was provided. Very comfortable & nicely decorated with a large game room. So close to the beach & the pier is about a 20 minute walk away. We absolutely loved our Santa Barbara family vacation! Thank you for sharing your wonderful house! Highly recommend!”

”The house was smaller than advertised. One bed had not been changed. The sheets had the outline of bodies laying on them, the towels were also folded and put away not washed, and the curtains were too light and it was difficult to sleep. The other two rooms were fine. There wasn’t any salt, pepper or seasonings to cook with and many amenities missing. The location was great and we walked to restaurants to eat instead of cooking.”

”Lance was an excellent host with great communication from beginning to end. The house was clean, inviting, and well kept. The outdoor area was very quaint and useable. The front stairs are steep and the driveway is gravel so something to keep in mind for those that that might find this challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend renting this property.”

”The home was pretty dirty in a lot of corners and areas and every fixture was falling apart. Multiple outlets didn’t work. The outdoor area was a mess so you couldn’t sit anywhere. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. All of the pots pans and utensils were disgusting looked like they hadn’t been washed and the dishwasher was so gross we couldn’t use it. We paid way too much to stay here we should’ve stayed at a hotel instead.”

”Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...

”Nice property but no a/c. Not enough towels but we discovered there were some in the dryer when we arrived. Appreciated the fans in the rooms.”
