”The house was smaller than advertised. One bed had not been changed. The sheets had the outline of bodies laying on them, the towels were also folded and put away not washed, and the curtains were too light and it was difficult to sleep. The other two rooms were fine. There wasn’t any salt, pepper or seasonings to cook with and many amenities missing. The location was great and we walked to restaurants to eat instead of cooking.”

”This small residence has easy access to central SB. It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. Regular noise from instructors shouting to teens training on the trapeze. The backyard gazebo looks enticing in the photos of the listing, but it's noisy during the day. ”Stayed here for a wedding. Very comfortable for 7 of us. House was clean. The pool table was a hit in the garage as the weather was beautiful the first weekend in March. The walk and the trek down the stairs to the ocean was worth it. ”

”The location of this fresh, clean, and comfortable home was a perfect fit for our needs! Lynn was a gracious host and welcomed us with a hand-written message, bottled water in the fridge, and fresh flowers! We appreciated the off-street parking for our mid-sized SUV. It's a narrow driveway with a retaining wall on one side. It would be tight for a larger vehicle. Our 4 night stay went by too quickly! We'll want to stay longer next time!”

”Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...
