We had a problem with the shower in the smaller bathroom; the owner fixed it promptly but it was difficult to use, so we used the nicer shower in the primary bedroom which was lovely and more accessible for our age group (octogenarians). ”Great location near Douglas preserve and Hendry’s beach. Beautiful yard. Nice remodeling of the original house with quiet dishwasher washer/dryer away from bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and dark at night and nice to see stars. We encountered a couple minor issues and owner was super responsive to fix them and friendly. His sub-unit was reasonably isolated from the main house.”
