”DECEPTIVE LISTING!! THIS IS SHARED SPACE! We booked this "entire home". When we arrived, we were told that the host shares the living space and kitchen! Her listing says we have the entire home and that host lives "on opposite side of property" - not true! She's IN the house! My bf went to make toast and Mary immediately came out and started talking. ”We were super impressed by this vacation rental in Carpinteria! Clean, airy, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is awesome--less than a mile to downtown and just a quick drive down to Santa Barbara. Easy check-in and check-out process too. Definitely recommend!”

”Very good communication! The location was nice, as well. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops and a park but was also quiet. A little cramped for two people (especially where the bed is) but it worked for a short stay.”
