”Perfect place for a 3-generation family reunion. It is large, with a good kitchen, and is close to the beach. The game room was a bonus as we weathered a 3-day storm. ”

”Great location on a quiet street just blocks from the coast. The house is in good order. The backyard is smallish but nicely laid out. There is parking for two cars (there is time limits for parking on the street). Did not use the hot tub or sauna. Would definitely stay there again. ”

”This is the most amazing home! Very tastefully decorated but not overly crowded. I have never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked. From the tea selection ( probably 20 kinds) to the various ways to make your coffee ( pour over, French press, keurig and full pot options) to the spices and kitchen supplies. I believe every kind of spice was in the kitchen and there was a stand mixer and an ice maker. The bathrooms had plenty of towels as well as q-tips, cotton balls and Kleenex. The host was...

”Dawn was incredible. She reached out to us beforehand to make sure we got in safely and communicated with us the entire time. The property was in the heart of Santa Monica, within walking distance to many of the activities we were planning. Excellent property and host.”

”Great location near Douglas preserve and Hendry’s beach. Beautiful yard. Nice remodeling of the original house with quiet dishwasher washer/dryer away from bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and dark at night and nice to see stars. We encountered a couple minor issues and owner was super responsive to fix them and friendly. His sub-unit was reasonably isolated from the main house.”
