”Lovely place to stay with a view that blew us away …. could see the sea and beautiful coast over Dromana and safety Beach from our bedroom and big outdoor verandah X2 deck chairs ready to soak it all in ! Large comfy couch TV and well equipped kitchen , nice fresh towels ……very comfy thank you ! We enjoyed the beautiful scenic circuit walk around the summit where Eagle chairlift originates just a 10 minute walk away. Easy car park nearby and check in seamless and easy to follow instructions...

”The property was not was what was depicted in the photos on line. It just had a strange vibe all together. Very isolated to the township of Hastings. Has an onsite restaurant that had very average reviews so we Uber ordered instead. No staff to assist with check in, just had to enter reception and grab key. We weren't sure that we had even paid for the night, turned out we hadn't - we could have just left but we aren't that type of person. Very odd hotel indeed!”

No confirmation emsil was sent however we got charged in full we contacted the office they said contact Expefia for a refund we did this and Expedia told us to contact Eden Bay we did again they had to check with manager and would call us back still waiting 5 days. Do not stay there they are unprofessional.”

”We received a PIN number on the lock box wen entering to gain access to the apartment, was the wrong passcode waited hours and hours before gaining access, owner was not answering phone, after finally gaining access to property the entire apartment was filthy, no milk supplied, cobwebs everywhere, terrible condition, terrible state with a baby in toe, no communication from the owners, would highly recommend you stay away from this place. ”
