”We got the keys to our rooms and opened the first room to see a great room. Opened the second to find the beds unmade and the TV on. We alerted staff and after 40 minutes got the 2nd room. We were able to stay on the same floor with the mountain/lake views but the 2nd rooms view was mostly of the silver kegs from the mixrobrewery.”

”I was not pleased that there was no air conditioning in the unit. You had to open windows and turn on the overhead fan.”

”You can have ventilation OR privacy but NOT both. There is no air conditioning and the only source of ventilation is a set of windows that face the hallway. Which means if you want oxygen or cool air you need to open the windows and the curtains, and everyone walking by can see and hear everything you're doing. There is a fan (glued to the window!) and if you arrange the curtains very carefully around the fan you can get some visual privacy (except for the hole for the fan). Even with the fan on...
