”We called the after hours number 3 times for after hours check in and no one answered after we were told all we had to do was call the phone number on the door. We had to get another hotel. ”

”In an almost empty hotel they still put every guest on top of each other. I get the idiot who uses his telefono as a walkie talkie all the time. Speakerphone and yelling. Heated water was poor. Pressure poor. Breakfast poor. Wifi avg. ”

”Room was very clean, asked for extra pillows and were worn in my room. Only issue was the fireplace wasn't working but i think it was due to warmer weather.. hot tub and pool area are very nice abs the location is close to a lot of restaurants and out door activities ”

”The room is newly remodeled and was nice. The outside needed blowing to clean up. I called the number and reported no bulb in the outside lite. No Kleenex, only decaffeinated coffee, no sugar, no sweetener, no creamer. The tv needs an IT executive to operate! Outside grounds were poorly kempt. Office looked like a bomb went off. Called the number for the items, never got them. Obvious that some United are rented. Terrible!!!!!!”

”The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. ”
