”Kiva hotelli Länsi-Lontoossa. Huoneeni oli yllättävän tilava, siisti ja kaikinpuolin viihtyisä. Elektroninen lukko huoneeseen ei toiminut, mutta hotelli vastaili nopeasti whatsappviesteihin ja kaikki sujui oikein hyvin. Viemäristä tuli toisena aamuna todella outo haju ja viereisen huoneen aikainen check out kuului huoneeseen häiritsevästi, mutta kyseessä on vanhempi rakennus.”

”I tend to book last minute, and I never hesitate to book at one of the Cleveland Residences. Above all, the team makes the difference. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests, and someone is always either physically present at the property or a phone call away. Highly recommend.”

”The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

”The location is great! walking distance from shops, restaurants, a Super Tesco and the underground station! The room was a great size for a solo traveller and i was comfortable. Two points of improvement 1) Please add a full length mirror somewhere in the rooms. 2) My suite was street facing and on street level. If half the windows were frosted, I’d be able to get some sunlight into the room. Unfortunately I kept the blinds lowered. Overall, I do intend to stay with Bob again.”

”Disappointing Stay The apartment was generally not clean, and both the sofa and one of the four kitchen chairs were unusable. Communication with the property was extremely difficult — even after several requests, clean towels were not provided for all guests. Customer service was very poor, and they even claimed that previous written reports about the issues didn’t exist. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority for them.”

”Pros: the location is fantastic. Cons: the sofa bed should be condemned - its not fit for use, I pulled the mattress onto the floor on the second night. The whole place needs a little attention - simple stuff like batteries in the tv remote, a tv that connects to the web, air con unit and fans need filters changing and cleaning, a blind in the kitchen for privacy and keeping the sun out. Simple stuff which for the money you shouldn't have to ask.”

”Well I want to be honest and say I haven’t travelled in a long time so full disclaimer I may be out of touch with staying in new and hip places. Although the room is small especially for a tall 6 foot guy it’s not bad. This is not a regular hotel stay in the traditional sense. The neighborhood is safe and its situated in a great location to eat and get anything you need but there is no receptionist or on-site person to talk to directly. I’m old school so I like to speak to someone one-on-one and...
