”We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

”A lovely small hotel, located at the end of the gap. There is beach access from the hotel. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is good. Happy hour 12 to 1pm and 5pm to 6pm each day. Accomodation is split into 3 buildings but dont feel isolated. ”

I found this listing, booked it, received a confirmation number, and paid for a taxi to get there. When I arrived, the owner told me she had no room for me and that the property was fully booked. I had to advocate for myself and explain that I had a valid confirmation number and nowhere else to go. To...

”We were supposed to have pool view from our room. Yet, the view was to parking lot and the personnel was not interested to change the room even after notifying about the problem. The cleanliness of the room was not in satisfactory level. Service was very rude.”
