”So first off this is a beautiful hotel and the mountain view was incredible. Mountain view wasn't even advertised because I guess it's expected but it was gorgeous either way.
The pool closes at 10 sharp. We had hoped that as long as we got in before 10 they wouldn't kick us out immediately, but at 9:56 they were telling us we had three minutes.
The room was great but it only had one working TV remote for the two tvs, and one remote that did nothing. Sitting area, bed, hot water all perfectly...

”The staff is lazy, we had to call 5 times for a shuttle, they wouldnt even answer the phone. Old dirty pair of mens socks left in our room, front desk Nathan said, o sorry it hapoens all the time,
had to wait an hour for towels, went to desk for towels and was told no, we had to wait at room. For 200 bucks a night, service was horrible. Won't be returning.”
