We tried checking in after 3 PM but had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The room was clean enough but the rest of the building had dirty floors. The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty there was a film on the water and there was hair and other debris floating around.

Room, shower, mattress, bedding was great! Pillows were comfy! The only thing that was a concern was the toilet bowl not filling up with water and ability to properly flush.
