The house features four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and one powder room, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.
Al Sole is set on two levels, with the main living area, dining, kitchen and deck upstairs, as well as the master, ensuite and fourth bedroom. An open plan living area opens up to the undercover top deck with BBQ and outdoor lounging and bar seating.
The kitchen is perfect for home chefs with a large benchtop with bar stools, butlerâs pantry and integrated appliances. Great for whipping up a quick meal, preparing dinner with your family, friends and hosting a memorable occasion while on holidays.
On the ground floor are the second and third bedrooms, another large lounge room overlooking the downstairs outdoor entertainment area, main bathroom, office, laundry, and a fully enclosed garden area with a large swimming pool.

Small Dogs on Application - Pet Friendly Fee - there is a $150 per dog fee - all dogs on application and then approval.
