Surrounded by beaches, parklands and a vibrant town centre, this townhouse in Maroochydore has everything you need on its doorstep. Catch a movie or shop till you drop at the region’s largest shopping mall, Sunshine Plaza, or enjoy a sunny day out at nearby Cotton Tree.

Inside, this townhouse has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. It is set over two floors with light-filled open plan living and dining encompassing the lower level. The contemporary kitchen is designed around a central island and is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A large six-person dining table makes it easy to sit down to a meal at home, but there are also abundant cafes and restaurants nearby. Relax in the sunshine on your private patio or kick back in the evenings on the plush living room sofas.

Retreat upstairs where you will find three stylishly designed bedrooms. The Master's bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other two is fitted with a queen-sized bed, topped with hotel quality linens, and offers plenty of space for your belongings. The master bedroom comes with a wall-mounted TV with FTA and benefits from its own private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have access to the shared main bathroom replete with a shower, bathtub, toilet and large mirrored vanity. Complimentary toiletries are also provided for your stay. Back downstairs, guests will have access to an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a third toilet for added convenience.

The townhouse comes with secure garage parking for 1 car, plus 1 driveway space and free street parking.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

The Neighborhood:
The CBD of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Maroochydore combines an idyllic waterfront location with a thriving food scene and endless entertainment. With the Pacific Ocean on one side and Maroochy River on the other, it is an aquatic playground with surfing, kayaking and swimming. Find excellent shopping at Sunshine Plaza and enjoy dining and nightlife along Ocean Street. Get your caffeine fix at Urban Garden or Criminal Coffee and dine with a view at local stalwart The Boat Shed. Visit Cotton Tree Markets, held each Sunday, to shop a range of local crafts, artisans and designers.

Getting Around:
Parking: There is one garage and one driveway parking space available. There is also free street parking.

Airport: Brisbane Airport is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes drive while Sunshine Coast Airport is an 11 minutes drive by car or 1 hour by bus.

Public Transport: 1.2 km to the nearest bus stop.

IMPORTANT: Guest who will be staying more than 7 days is eligible to request cleaning with linen change for an additional amount of $292. This will be scheduled with the guests after the reservation has been confirmed and once the fee has been paid.
