We had the largest room at a top floor. Nice views of the surrounding area and lots of light. Staff is very friendly and really goes the extra mile to help you and answer all questions as well as make recommendations. Their English was very good too.
Please disregard all the reviews saying this hotel is far from the station! There are plenty of stations around within a 5-15 min walk so if you don’t want to go to the further one you can always adjust your travel itinerary...

”This is the right place to stay if you are looking for exploring Tokyo from morning to night. The location is great as is in the middle of the city and easy to commute to all popular areas. I would recommend it for couples as the design is modern and luxurious. Also good for families because of the variety of room options and views. Everything is fantastic.”

”The Prince Gallery Hotel is modern luxe at its best. The room was spacious with spectacular view of Tokyo. It was outfitted with absolutely everything you can think of, from luxe cotton pjs and kimono robes, to every possible toiletry one might need. The staff was very helpful. The area around the hotel was safe and lovely with convenient access to the subway. The only caveat is that it’s not actually walking distance to many of the most interesting sights. Kylpyläosasto erityisen hyvä ja kuumat kylvyt rentouttava. Lähellä paljon ravintoloita ja ruokakauppoja.
Harmillinen asia: checkout klo 10.00. Lisämaksusta voi saada 1-2h. Kylpy osastolle ei enään pääse edes lisämaksulla ja kun keli on 35 olisi ollut kiva päästä suihkuun ennen iltalentoa.
APA hotelliketju selvästi hyvin laaja Japanissa. Varmasti tulen uudestaan, ehkä joku toinen paikkakunta...
”Erittäin viihtyisä hotelli kätevällä sijainnilla. Tilava huone. Lisävuode tuntui aivan kunnon vuoteelta. Sängyt isot ja mukavat. Koko hotelli erittäin siisti. Upea henkilökunta. Yleiset tilat viihtyisät ja mm pyykinpesukoneita mahdollista käyttää. Sijainti näppärä. Alue rauhallinen, useita ruokapaikkoja sekä pieniä ruokakauppoja/kioskeja. Loistavat yhteydet ympäri kaupunkia. Pidimme siitä että kiireisen ja ruuhkaisen päivän jälkeen hotellin kulmilla rauhallista ja illallispaikkoja silti useita....

"We had a rocky start at this hotel: our room was untidy when we arrived. There was food and fake eyelashes on the floor. Housekeeping came to vacuum the floor. Later in the evening when unpacking we found used underpants from a bathroom shelf. We called the front desk who came to take it away. They changed us to another room after this. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but the start left a bit of a nasty feeling to our stay and the final leg of our several weeks long trip in Japan.
Our new room was good and it was cleaned spotless daily. The bed and pillows were good and tight, and tho the hotel is situated next to a railway and a bigger road for cars, the noise insolation was surprisingly good and we slept well. Nice balcony (in every room perhaps?).
The breakfast was good. The onsen was really nice, tho the men’s side was untidy in the evening. The ladies’ side was nice and tidy.
The front desk staff was great from start to finish.
Nice location just a few mins from an Oedo line metrostop. Nicely between Harajuku and Shinjuku. Easy to get to places with metro and bus. Right next to a baseball stadium, we saw a game during our stay.
Despite th start we ended up having a good time in Tokyo and this hotel. "

Miinusta tulee ekan huoneemme homeisuudesta. Hometta oli kylppärin seinissä ja kun kävi suihkussa, haju muuttui kamalaksi. Onneksi saimme vaihdettua huoneen ja siellä taas ilmastointi toimi ja ei haissut yhtään.
Miinusta myös siitä, että ei saanut itse pestyä pyykkejä vaan oisi pitänyt toimittaa hotellin pestäväksi, kun itse oisi toivonut omalla ajalla toimivan pesukoneen ja maksanut siitä.
