”Hotel located in area dedicated for small boutique hotels in completely western neighbourhood , which consist of large residential areas , commercial areas (shops, restaurants and open space food market - mostly with seafood street food) and big chain hotels.

”Food Options are limited - also outside a basic pool, not a lot of kids activities. Made it difficult to kill time for a family with 3 little kids. easy access to the beach, but it wasn't very clean. ”

”A beautiful resort right at the most amazing beaches in Phu Quoc. They do their best to appreciate you as a guest and the surrounding is amazing; also rather close but not too close at the town.”

The pool was dirty, tennis court was closed, two out of four bars (included the rooftop bar) were closed, staff was fooling around at the gym and most of the times there was no staff at the pool bar so we couldn’t get the sunbed mattress. The hotel itself was still nice and the rooms were good....

”They did not clean the blanket or bed cover.”

”A relaxing family stay near Long Beach We had a lovely stay at Sonasea Villas Collection Long Beach Phu Quoc in the 3-bedroom villa near the beach. It was a great choice for our family, offering plenty of space, privacy, and a comfortable atmosphere. The villa was spacious and well designed, with three bedrooms, a cosy living area, and a private swimming pool. We especially enjoyed spending time by the pool and relaxing together after exploring the island. The location was another highlight....

”The room hasn't been cleaned since the last guests. The staff is unprofessional.”
