”Durante años he sido visitante frecuente y apenas descubrí este maravilloso lugar. Sus instalaciones en general son muy bellas, el persinal amable y atento, las habitaciones increíblemente amplias y el bsño de estas es enorme cosa que en lo personal super agradezco. Su ubicación es Fenomenal con respecto a como tal el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad. Lo unico que considero falta es accesibilidad, para personas con movilidad reducida es complicado por las escaleras, un Elevador coronaria sin duda...

”La arquitectura del hotel es muy adoc a lo que se encuentra en el centro de Puebla siguiendo con la línea de edificios a su alrededor, la ubicación es muy buena, los principales puntos importantes del centro quedan muy accesibles caminando y segura por la noches, el personal muy atento y amable, no tuvimos problemas con los servicios que ofrecen ni de ningún tipo.”

”The rooms are lovely and was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Loved the colours and the antic gramofon playing old composers vinyls in the room. Also very nice rooms to hang out, for example while your room is getting cleaned up. Also the location couldn't been better. Amazing!”

”El personal es amable, la habitación estaba limpia, la sección de habitaciones del hotel es silenciosa y hay seguridad para ingresar a esta área, la decoración es bonita, acogedora, espacios amplios y las camas muy cómodas. Lo único incómodo fue tener que bajar todo el equipaje del auto al llegar y no hay personal que te ayude, el auto estaba en doble fila y mi esposo no se podía bajar, el estacionamiento está en otro inmueble al cual te llevan para indicarte donde estacionar y ahí lo tienes que...

”Nicely designed, friendly and nice staff. It is on the main street and it's an easy walk to the historical center of Puebla. We stayed in the suite and it was nice to have a living area separate to the bedroom. There was also a patio, nice to chill and also have breakfast there. It's worth noting that the breakfast included ended up meaning one complimentary breakfast for the stay rather than everyday so best to check with the property. Kitchen can be better stocked.”
