”The Mitre Hotel is full of history and character. It's in the perfect location for visiting Hampton Court. All staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Food and drinks were delicious, once again staff catering above and beyond for food allergies and intolerances.”

”We didn't dine here but the menu looked good. The bar had a great selection and the drinks were good. There is a bus stop at the end of the street so easy to get around. We loved our room. It was very spacious. If you have troubles with stairs be sure to ask for a ground floor room as there isn't an elevator. One of the reasons we booked here is because it said there was a pool, but the pool wasn't open and the staff was clueless about it. Kept saying maybe tomorrow.”

”This hotel is conveniently positioned halfway between the Wimbledon and South Wimbledon train stations. Good restaurant for breakfast or dinner. We have stayed multiples times and like it. Has a new feel to decor but my only reservation is the carpets need cleaning throughout, especially in the stairwells. ”

”Have been staying at Cannizaro house for many years. Still convenient and best available in the area. Great location, good experience this stay all round with staff being excellent and motivated.... but its time for a refurb. Looking old, especially carpets and scuff zones on walls. The rug in reception would not make it into my dogs kennel and that is the area where you get your first impression. I'm looking forward to my next stay and if they spruce the place up... even better.”

”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London. The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :) The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...

”The room was modern, spacious and had everything I needed. The bar area was nice and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were absolutely lovely, and couldn't be more helpful, especially Sophie. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. The barman was perfectly polite, but I got the impression from the two nights I was staying there that he really didn't want to be there. :-( Overall, this was a great stay. ”
