”Our stay here was so amazing. Our check in process was great and we were able to check in a lot earlier than expected to spend the day by the beach. There were tons of additional perks included that we got to enjoy like all the beach gear and a wagon. Jim even set up an extension cord for us to charge our electric car. On top of all of that we were allowed to stay late into the last day because no one was checking in after us. Would highly recommend this spot!!”

”Very clean and spacious, bright and beachy. We only made breakfast and had all utensils and pans needed. LOVE that they had k-cups with a Keurig! 2-3 minute walk to the beach! ”House was on the older side and small but perfect for what we wanted as a quiet family beach getaway. A few minute trip to the beach. We enjoyed the dock and paddle boards and fished every morning and night. Beds were a little uncomfortable but served the purpose for the vacation. ”Repeat renter and I’m telling you, don’t scroll past this place! (but please don’t book it for the weeks I want it ). It took me few years of experimenting with different locations and rental agencies, then I found this place. Love it. Perfect location, close enough to wherever you want to go, far enough away to be a truly peaceful little neighborhood. Clean, plenty of amenities, well appointed and comes with a highly responsive owner (not that I’ve ever needed anything). ”

”We’ve stayed on Topsail before, but we really loved this spot! The house was perfect for our family. We hadn’t planned to max it out, but that’s how it worked out and we are so happy it could sleep 8!! We were comfortable and the beach was perfect. The owners were responsive and checked in with us. ”I love Topsail Beach! Nice home and fenced yard as I have little dogs! Easy access to the beach across the street. Comfortable home with a large tv in family room that I could easily operate!
