Tämä upea vuodelle 2017, tämä upea merinäköala lomakoti ylittää odotuksesi! Mitään yksityiskohtia ei ole jätetty huomiotta tarjoamalla uskomattomia merinäkymiä sekä kaikkia etsittämiäsi lisämukavuuksia. Tämä koti sijaitsee Surfside Beachillä, vain 5 mailia etelään Myrtle Beachin kansainväliseltä lentokentältä, ja tämä koti on täysin uusittu, sisustettu ja sisustettu ammattimaisesti rauhallisissa merivoimaväreissä juuri ajallaan 2017 lomakaudelle. Atlantic Dawn istuu suoraan koskematon Surfside Beach tarjoaa upeat merinäkymät! Nauti Atlantin auringonnoususta ja aamukahvistasi merenranta-kannella. Vietä päivä rannalla kävellemällä yksityistä rantatietä, joka kulkee suoraan kanneltasi hiekkadyynin yli surffaukseen. Tai voit nauttia päivästä, joka rentoutuu yksityisen uima-altaan äärellä.
(Polttoaineen lisämaksu uima-altaan lämmöstä syyskuun / lokakuun / marraskuun ja maaliskuun / huhtikuun kuukausina.)

Piknikille on kaasugrilli ja hiiligrilli sekä pöydät ja tuolit rannan vieressä olevalla puutarha-alueella. Valtameren tarkkailua varten on dyyneillä varustettu oleskelualue.

Kävele iltaisin vain 5 korttelin päässä rannasta Surfside-laiturin ravintoloihin ja yöelämään tai ruokaile mieleisesi monissa monissa ravintoloissa, jotka ovat vain 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Viimeistele lopuksi ilta rentoutumiseen omassa porealtaassasi tähtien alla!

Niihin aikoihin, jolloin haluat ruokailla, hyvin varusteltu keittiö on varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, graniittiset työtasot ja erillinen tiskikone ja viinijääkaappi sekä kaikki pienet kodinkoneet ja keittiövälineet, jotka Sinun on valmistettava hyviä kotitekoisia aterioita.

Tässä tahrattomasti puhtaassa kodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset täydelliseen lomaan kaikkina vuodenaikoina! Elämässä tarkoitetaan viettämistä yhdessä aikaa yhdessä ja hyviä perhemuistoja. Voit hankkia kaiken ja tehdä juuri niin seuraavan perheloman aikana Atlantic Dawn!

Everything was wonderful. The owners were very helpful and informative. We liked the layout allot. You can walk straight to the beach from the deck. Pool was kept clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. One perk we really liked was the ice machine to fill our coolers! Excellent!!

Great Place!

Atlantic Dawn is a great place! The pictures on VRBO were totally accurate and the location of house to the ocean was perfect for our family vacation. Having a pool to relax at after the beach was also a definite plus as the kiddos liked to move from the ocean to the pool constantly. There was plenty of space for our nine people and the kids loved the bunk beds. I’d also like to add that having an ice maker was definitely appreciated! We will totally book this property again!

Atlantic Dawn & Surfside Beach- My Daughters new favorite place!

We had a fabulous week with our family at Atlantic Dawn, the property was everything as described. The house has a great floor plan with plenty of room.The pool and spa was a nice feature that the grandkids loved. They have plenty of beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and toys for the kids at the beach. Paul and Molly had some great recommendations for restaurants and If you enjoy seafood and enjoy cooking the Seven Seas Seafood Market is the place to go. We definitely plan on going back again and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have a great oceanfront vacation!

Pictures speak a 1000 words. As represented, we really enjoyed our stay. Property owners were excellent to work with. We encountered the aftermath of Hurrican Ian and had a few hiccups but overall, my family has said we will return to this destination again.

Everything you need for a stay at the beach

We rent a house every year and now we found the perfect one. It checked all the boxes for us… A porch from which to watch the ocean, A dinner table that seats eight and a living room that also accommodates eight comfortably, a pool, a hot tub, not a long long walk out to the beach and a kitchen that is fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare meals at the beach. The owners are terrific to work with and we no longer have to look for a new place every year!

Beautiful house

The house was absolutely beautiful and had incredible views of the ocean. I would say the only bad thing is the location. If your a light sleeper bring a noise maker as your super close to your neighbors and we’re had some very loud ones way into the night hours. But besides that the pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids. Not having to worry about being bathing towels and bed stuff was really nice when it came to packing.

Beautiful house

We had a great week. The pool and hottub were so much fun. The ocean was warm and really cool to play in. The stuff to use in the outside closet there was very nice to have. We loved it. The kitchen is really filled with everything you would need to make great meals. The owners are unreal and so friendly and helpful. They answer your questions immediately! Very beautiful and special place to stay!

A perfect week

First, I want to say that the owner of this property is easily the best I have ever worked with. Responsive, helpful and always available, Paul was really great to work with. The house was immaculate. It was clean, well appointed and the location was perfect for our needs. We were able to sit on the balcony every morning and watch the sunrise. Any time of day it was a perfect view with the sounds of the Atlantic in the background. The heated pool was great and despite a few hiccups, which were more than made up for by the owner, we were able to make use of it every day. The area is really nice and the restaurants that were recommended by the owners were mostly really good. Drunken Jack's in Murrel's Inlet was easily the best. All in all when I say that this was a perfect spot and a perfect week I am not exaggerating. Thanks again to the Ritcheys and we will be back!

Amazing house Beautiful Beach

We are so impressed with the owners of this VRBO! They were available to answer all our needs making sure our stay was the best it could be! The house was amazing and immaculate! The extra beach chairs, tent, boogie boards ect were top notch and greatly appreciated. The sunrise from the front porch was amazing ! The views of the ocean from the living space were amazing! We would recommend this rental to all considering a beach stay. We had 11 people and plenty of room for all! Thanks so much for all you do and the extras you put into your rental home!

Amazing vacation house

My family and I absolutely love Atlantic Dawn. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has all the amenities that we could want. The pool and hot tub are perfect as well as the beach and views. Beautiful home

We’ve been vacationing in this area for years and this is the most beautiful and clean home we’ve ever rented. The house is well stocked, layout is great and it’s beautifully decorated. The beach is just steps away, the kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The owners are extremely responsive and work hard to ensure you have all that you need.

Very pleasant stay

Just returned from a week stay. Fun for adults and children. Convenient location, lovely house and beautiful beach. Not to crowded with plenty of space for everyone. House well equipped and all we needed to bring were beach towels. Umbrella and 2 chairs were placed daily on the beach for us. All enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only glitch was cabanas are not allowed water front. Town ordnance. Would recommend this house!
