”The house is within walking distance of the beach. One of the rooms had a dirty sheet, trash not emptied in one of the bathrooms, and the hallway could use some mopping.”

Lack of silverware for group size listed. Yellow stains around toilet base. Dirty drawers in kitchen and worn cabinets, holes in couch apholstery. ”
