Bedroom 1 features a King bed and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have a comfortable Queen bed with fresh linens and storage space, making them ideal for families, friends, or business travelers.

Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while one bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor for added accessibility and comfort.

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms equipped with showers, fresh towels, toilet paper, and essential toiletries to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Both located on the upper floor.


Kitchen:
A functional kitchen area equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and dishware—making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

Living / Dining Room:
A cozy space with a comfortable sofa, dining area, and Smart TV—perfect for movie nights, relaxation, or spending time with loved ones. High-speed Wi-Fi is also included.

Laundry:
Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, with detergent provided for your stay.

You’ll have full privacy with your own private entrance at the front of the house, making check-in and access easy and convenient.

Please note that the homeowner lives on the main floor with a separate entrance located at the back of the house. There are no shared spaces between guests and the homeowner, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.

This home is a self-catering rental. However, for your convenience, we provide:

Essential toiletries: body soap, shampoo, and basic cleaning supplies.
Household basics: cooking essentials, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, and more.

Parking: This home offers a free ample street parking.

Laundry: Guests are welcome to use the in-suite laundry after 6:00 PM. The homeowner makes use of it during the day, so evenings are reserved just for you.
This home is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. You’ll enjoy full privacy with your own private entrance at the back of the house for a comfortable stay.

Please note that the homeowner lives upstairs in a separate unit with their own entrance. They use the shared laundry during the day, but rest assured your space remains completely private.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $1000 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is detected inside the unit.

🐾 Unauthorized Pets:
No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. Bringing pets without prior consent will result in a $1000 penalty to cover deep cleaning and potential damages.
