”Great location. Close to the mall, restaurants, interstate. Safe location with security on site. Rooms come with microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Would recommend for long stays.”

”Stop!! Choose another hotel! Upon arrival, the pillows are dirty and the sheets are dirty. Hair all on the shower walls and they didn't bring fresh towels and washcloths after housekeeping. Just choose somewhere else!”

”Once you arrive the front area has a very welcome site. What did not like was the room ceiling has sheetrock starting to peel away. The room was clean enjoyed the seating area. The shower area did not have conditioner in the bottle.”

”The location of this property is convenient. About a mile away from restaurants, 15 minutes away from a Walmart and urgent care/hospital. Spacious rooms, indoor pool, nice patio areas with bbq pits and a fire pit. Overall a very nice hotel for a decent price. The only downfall was the staff was extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly by staff at a hotel till this visit. At check in, there were two females at the desk in a conversation. One of the girls paused the conversation and...

”I definitely appreciate the affordable cost. However, there needs to be some serious renovations and upgrades to rooms and service. I had to stay for a week and there is no house keeping at all. You have to exchange what you have for fresh towels and linen at the front desk. It says breakfast is included which was the main reason I selected this hotel, so my son could eat before school.! They only have a grab and go and that was very disappointing and inconvenient for us.!”

”Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it. ”Upon arrival there was no hot water. The attendant at the desk told us that this has happened before and the issue should be fixed within an hour. It was not! We had to wait until the morning to get proper hot showers. Then the shower was extra slippery and the floor in the room was extra slippery. I have stayed at other Tru Hilton properties plenty in the past and have loved the experience but this one was horrible! It makes me rethink my loyalty to the brand!”
