Asunnot – Sussex Inlet

”We spent time here 7 years ago unfortunately nothing has changed since then even the shaggy disgusting mat in front of the couch .The crockery and glassware were dirty the pillows ,sheets and towels look like they have been there since we were there 7 years ago .On top of the stay it costs $4 for every wash or dry for clothes .The kitchen essentials are extremely minimalistic overall it was a pretty bad experience for such a nice view this accommodation needs updating.”

”The property is in the backyard of another property. The "studio" is an converted garage. There is no off street parking which you are not told about until you arrive. Access to the property is by a side gate down the side of the main house.. no lighting for night time arrival or departure. There is a gate at the entrance of the shed which the people in the main house can watch you come and go... zero privacy... Would not recommend.”

”This was an older style house with a surprise inside. It is fantastically renovated and a pleasure to live in. Tony the host was on the ball, helpful and very keen to please. If you’re looking for somewhere different to stay Valencia and nearby towns will surprise you. Very close to the beach which was beautiful. All in all a great experience.”

”Nice place to stay for a weekend at the beach. Great access to the water, nice stroll over to Callala Bay for coffee (sad the one across the street wasn’t open when we were there). The chair in the room had a weird stain (hence the lower cleanliness score) and some mold spots on pillow case. Overall nice place, would choose again if in the area.”

”What an amazing location! Right near the inlet and an easy stroll to the cafe & beach. The Boathouse is beautifully appointed, comfortable, quiet, and perfect in every way. The only thing better is Christine!! Thank you for being so welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our too-short stay and very much look forward to returning. If you want to stay somewhere, stay here!”
