”The staff was absolutely wonderful! When I reported that I had injured myself while trying to open my room door due to a faulty doorknob that did not always engage properly, they were compassionate, attentive, and assured me they would address the issue.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with beds that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel was in the midst of a remodel, so some areas were not quite as polished as one might normally expect. However, we understand that...

”The sink wouldn't drain, the toilet had trouble flushing, as it was full of black mold. The property is literally falling down, hence there is only one picture of the outside of the property, taken way in the back. Don't think I will be booking with Expedia any time in the near future, if this is an example of what you have to offer.”

”I felt it was one of the least modern Best Westerns in which I have stayed. Even so, the staff was friendly, breakfast was great and bed was comfortable. The property is just a bit dated. Also, the price shown on Expedia was different than our charges by $15, so I will address that with them.”

”The motel was full so we had to park illegally to get to our room just after midnight. The staff was lovely, the room had a bed. Not great looking room, and trash bins out in community were all overflowing, but like I said, it was fully booked and late. We didn't use the pool but it was small and looked fine.”

”Parking was scarce the evening we arrived. Facility is old. Squeezable shampoo dispenser was hard to figure out. (Instruction should have been provided that piece at bottom needed to be removed.) AC smelled mildewy.”
