”They have no one available to speak to who can give a refund if one has to cancel or even wants to ask about it. Both I and Expedia tried to reach someone but they have no one who responds. ”Room is clean and spacious. However, there is a smell as soon as one entered the room. The smell was not stinking smell but that of human body as if the smell of the previous guest/guests still lingered in the room. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We turned up the AC and then later our sense of smell accustomed to it, so I am not sure if the smell had gone or not. On checking in around 7 pm on Wednesday 24 June, the front desk lady on duty was not friendly at all, no smile whatsoever....

”The breakfast wasn't that good and not worth the money charged.
The carpet in the room looks beaten and slippery. The door to my room needs repair and looks half closed when locked.
My floor was noisy especially weekend and one could hear people talking in the other room during the night.
The entire building needs renovation.”
