”I booked a king bed balcony and it was changed to a double bed room. I don’t get explanation or notice and was very disappointed. The staff wasn’t helpful in updating the room to the correct one and I had to stay in the same room with double.”

”The staff was very receptive to our needs in storing our bikes. We road on the Cannon River Trail and we preferred to lock them up. They were very accommodating.”

”Right at check in, we were greeted by nice, friendly young man to assist. Our room was clean and offered all that we needed. Free breakfast was excellent and readily available during the timeframe advertised. Check out was same… helpful young lady made it seamless. Very happy with our stay!”

”Such a beautiful well-maintained property. Gloria is a fantastic host with her sidekick, Bobbi. So much love and pride of ownership, more beautiful than the local mansions that we toured in Natchez. Truly loved our two-night stay! Thank you!”

”They couldn’t accept my European Mastercard as a payment method for some reason even though the same card had worked in other places. Fortunately they had ATM (using the same card) and I could pay with cash. Another problem was that they couldn’t see that I had breakfast included. I contacted hotels.com and got that issue resolved quickly, points for hotels.com. Overall, the hotel was really nice in an old building. The staff in the bar/restaurant was friendly. The breakfast menu was good. ”
