"Siivous ei ollut ihan parasta mahdollista, oikeastaan huono. Pika siivous tehtiin monena iltana vasta. Tullessa lakana oli likainen ja myös ns puhdas pyyhe oli likainen. Ei imuroitu ollenkaan, ei vaihdettu joka päivä laseja, eikä tuotu kuin kerran vettä. Ravintola desiree oli tosi hyvä, aamiainen loistava ja lounaat myös. Hotellin koristelu hieno, mutta palvelu asenteessa parantamisen varaa sekä respassa, että jazz baarissa."

"This is a pretty good hotel in a great location. A few small things bothered me, though. First, I was supposed to receive a $20 voucher and a bottle of water delivered to my room the next day, as I’m a long-time Hotels.com user. However, the front desk completely ignored this, and only on the last day—when I brought it up—did they acknowledge that I was entitled to them. I was also a bit bothered by how serious the front desk staff seemed. The hotel itself is in a great location. It’s about a 15-minute walk and you’re in the French Quarter. The hotel has a good restaurant with good food."

"Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45. Same problem with the food. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
