”This property was fantastic. The host was super clear and communicative. The place was clean and well taken care of, it felt like a hotel! There was only street parking available, but the host provided a map with which streets had 24 hour parking. There was a transit station only a short walk away with about a 15-20 minute ride to City Hall. I would highly recommend staying here!”

”- Communication: had to reach out to the host for access. If my instructions aren’t going to be mailed out ahead of time I believe the host should reach out. While response time was quick I really don’t like being 5 min away and not knowing how I’m going to get into the apartment. I have always had hosts email out instructions through the app so this was a bit of a surprise. - Amenities: no soap in the half bath and pocket door doesn’t really shut well. ”Property was clean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking wasn't great, but the hosts specifically commented on this so we were aware. Street parking is scarce on the weekends and the garages are almost always full. There is a lot about 7 min walk (Target Parking) that is 20 a day....or use ride shares. ”

”This Airbnb was in a great location and served as a place to sleep and keep our stuff. Otherwise, it did not feel clean- stain on the sheets, hair in the bathtub. When we arrived, the lock box was set to the code already, which felt quite unsafe. The property manager had taken the listing off so we were unable to view amenities. I would not recommend staying at this Airbnb.”
