”We stayed here for three nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the name on the apartment was different from the one in the booking. The hotel was apparently "new," and the renovations were still somewhat unfinished. There was a smell of paint in the air, and the terrace fence looked new. When we asked about it, we were told it had already been charged, even though the booking said payment...
