”The Butler House is located within a mile walk of the Falls. It is a convenient location if you want to walk, drive, or take the Free shuttle around town. We plan to return by train and use the shuttle to get to restaurants and the Fort.”

”The owners/hosts were so pleasant to interact with, and were extremely helpful when we came back sick from the amusement park (even suggesting we write a poor review for the theme park)! The room was quaint and clean, and the breakfasts were also amazing - it was my first time trying a full English breakfast, and the hostess was such a sweet lady! This stay felt like home for me and my bestie for our girls trip, exactly what we’re were hoping for from a B&B! I will 100% stay here again whenever...

”The Hosts were great taking care of all 13 of us, children and Grandchildren. The Rooms in the Mansion were clean and had beautiful views of lake Erie. Very Family Friendly with volley ball, badmitten, cornhole, football, Frisbee golf and a tree swing. We loved the 9am included breakfast every morning. The on premises live Jazz band and bar were a lot of fun too. We really enjoyed the hospitality showed to our entire family. Thank you”
