”We only stayed for one night as a family of 6. Mick was there to welcome us as we arrived. Our suite was lovely clean and looked cosy. The rooms had lovely views across the river. There is a lot of noise from the river which is slightly lessoned by shutting the windows, but i found it soothing and its easy to tune out. There was complimentary fruit and sweets wating for us, which thrilled the kids. There were clear instructions on how to use everything. There is intersting pictures and art...
”Sean is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed meeting him. The breakfasts were wonderful and very filling. It is a perfect spot to visit Betws-Y-Coed and the Snowdonia region. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone.

”What a lovely experience. The room was spacious and had room to sit and enjoy a drink. The communal lounge was a beautiful space, with an honesty bar, and we were invited to use the fridge to store our own drinks if required.
There is no meal service outside of breakfast, but the local area has several options. Breakfast was pre-ordered the night before, and was freshly cooked.
Staff were friendly and attentive. This was a really enjoyable stopover. ”

”We stayed in the family apartment which was a bedroom downstairs, a bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower and we had a small corner kitchen that had everything you could need. In a beautiful area, so quiet and peaceful, loved the scenery. Great communication off the owners and a warm welcome. Would recommend and would stay again”

”Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread!
