”The cabin I stayed in wasn’t that clean it had other people hair on the floor in the bath room and dust and dirt like swept to the side of the bathroom the botttles of shampoo body was and conditioner and hand was was all empty the kettle was filthy inside! They cutlery was not washed up properly”

”We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! We have put a few small things in your room for you :)" and we said "aww that is so lovely of you!" And she smiled. We didn't expect anything at all, but this...
