The studio is located in a quiet part of the Subiaco district. The city center of Perth can be reached in just 15 minutes by public transport. ”Great owner interaction. Very helpful communication from owner which would not have been necessary if Stayz had been more efficient with property access advice. The apartment was welcoming and matched photos. Great view. . Neighbourhood not my vibe. Stairs difficult if you have an injury. Lift not on every floor. Secure parking was a bonus. It would have been a difficult stay without the help of owner. Other Stayz Customers were also lost and unable to navigate their checkin. ”
