”Enjoyed our stay. Everything was so amazing. The owners were so accessible and very helpful. Only negative would be that the ad says it has WI-FI but it is WI-FI without internet so you have to hotspot off your phone.”

”The building is amazing, exclellent complex in a great location. The property itself was a nice property, I woukd say great but was missing light globes in the bedroom, had wet towels in the washing machine and linen in the dryer and the bathroom and kitchen were not as clean as you would expect. ”

”We loved staying at the apartment! Very centrally located opposite a lovely park with a lake, and at the base of Kings Park. We could walk into the city and also to Elizabeth Quay. The host was very friendly and helpful and provided coffee pods for the nespresso machine and Who Gives A Crap quality TP as well as laundry liquid for the free walking machine located inside the apartment. Free allocated parking was also very handy as we rented a car for our time in Perth.”

”Pleasant apartment in great location. Shops nearby are useful. Overall cleanliness good. Detail clean not good. Clearly a toddler had been staying previously and hand prints all over fridge and oven. Dried clothes left in dryer. Empty washing machine soap box and empty glad wrap box left in relevant cupboards. Normally with Stayz these items are provided.About 35 stairs to front door and access into apartment is by ONE driveway gate key only which means group can go out separately but must...
