Birthday celebration
Brilliant weekend with friends to celebrate a birthday. Property was beautifully clean and well appointed for our group of 5. Lovely towels and bedding. The shortest walk to the beach. We would love to go back!

Lovely Property
Very clean, comfortable townhouse. We were three adult couples visiting for three nights. Excellent location for exploring Mumbles and the Gower peninsula. One block to Langland Bay. Very quiet, lovely property.

Great location,
Wonderful spacious and comfortable accommodation and a great location too. A short walk to the beach on a beautiful sunny day was an added bonus! We appreciated having the information booklet we received from Jenna as it contained all the information needed for ease of access to the property, and suggestions to places of interest and restaurants to visit. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable for our family of eight, we all enjoyed our stay in Mumbles.

Great location, beautifully maintained gardens, quality furnishings, fittings, decor, bed linen & towels. Spotlessly clean. Even in the sometimes monsoon weather my family had a wonderful time. Many thanks for your hospitality Jemma.

Well placed near good beaches. Well equipped, but not everything worked. Some basic supplies, eg salt, pepper and tea , were missing.

Absolutely perfect. Beautiful property, lovely furnishings, high quality bedding and towels, well equipped. Amazing location and beautiful gardens. Short walk to a lovely beach and lots of picturesque walks. Good communication with owner - Jemma was very helpful. Thank you so much - we’ve had a lovely break.

Near the beach
The property is behind the main house so there is no view of sea only of concrete walls … even though the property had two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms I think you would struggle with 4 couples … lots of plates ect .. think they could do with a new kettle ….

There isn’t any mention of a sea view so I’m not sure why you would have booked this particular property if that’s what you wanted. Nobody has struggled, as you suggest. The kettle is new, as is everything else in the property. Hope you enjoyed your stay :)

Clean, well appointed, great location, helpful owner
I was very happy with our experience. Jemma was responsive and helpful. Her instructions were clear. The location is superb. It is a quiet location, on a beautiful coastal path. We use the tennis courts and racquets supplied. The property is well appointed and clean.

Annual get together of old friends for walking and socialising

I really think this property should not be advertised as accommodating 10 people. There were 6 adults and 3 children (under 8 years old) and we were very cramped. The table itself seated a maximum of 7/8 people and this was very tight and there were only stools (too high) for the table for the others. I honestly think a maximum of 6/7 people would be more honest.

Hi Margaret Thank you for the review. However the property is advertised for 8 people. I contacted you in early April to advise you of this. You had 9 guests which I was willing to accommodate but that the 9th would be on a put up bed in one of the bedrooms. I made you aware that you could cancel with full refund but you were happy to continue. So I do feel this review is a little unfair. Thank you for the other 4 stars though. You obviously recognised that the property was otherwise an excellent standard and in a fantastic location.

Family and friends staycation
We were due to be 8 adults but were eventually only 6. The property was excellent in all regards - great location, clean, very well equipped…. Only one thought - there is plenty of room for 8 adults to sleep (only 2 bathrooms), but tight for 8 adults to sit and eat or watch TV. But easily fixed with a couple more chairs. Overall extremely happy with our stay!
