”Room was clean. Never saw any staff. Power was out due to storm for most of our stay. Generator power was used and was sufficient. Could not use tv until final day. Did speak on phone to staff but was not able to resolve. This could have been due to storm.
No one ever resupplied our room after first night with coffee, creamer etc. We did go into the common room for more creamer ourselves.”

”Breakfast was more than enough! It was so cozy and peaceful in the restaurant, we could wake up slow and prepare for our daily adventures. Parking is underneath the hotel which made it super easy to get rolling at 6am after a snowstorm. Also the elevator for parking headed right up to our floor, avoiding a transfer thru another area. Fantastic hotel, and great mid winter stay!”

”The room was wonderful.The view was spectacular. The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious. On top of everything else it was a bargain. I have paid much more at other places and gotten much, much less. This trip was for my wife's birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. It's hard to single out any one thing, it was all top notch, but special kudos to Erica and the staff at breakfast on both mornings. We will undoubtedly return.”
