âOur room was clean and comfortable. The front desk worker was so welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. The elevator was out which was a difficulty since weâre in our late 60s and carrying baggage upstairs was a bit of a challenge. We were warned about that, though. We also had a problem with the commode - but the lady at the front desk helped out tremendously. She was a blessing to us and she is a real asset to your hotel!!!â

âHotel first floor was a mess due to construction. The parking lot was also under construction and a lot of bare dirt. There was no coffee maker in my room. I went to the front desk many times because they would never answer the phone, but I never saw anyone at the front desk. I complained online about the coffee maker after my first night but it was never resolved. I had the tray with coffee, creamer, sugar, cups, etc. Just no machine. The cleaning staff also left me with only 3 pillows instead...
