”Well there was somebody there at check-in I gave him my credit card asked for receipt to be texted and never received it. The carpet in our unit was horrible! The curtains were falling down. Water leaked out of the shower. They said they were open from 7 to 11 for coffee nobody was there. No instructions were to leave the key when you left.”

”The staff was fine, however it took me a bit of time to find the ice maker. The room was mainly clean, the bed was comfortable. We had a King bed with 3 regular pancake thin pillows. They are remodeling, but it looked like an amateur did the work. The paint was bad at best and the tile in the bathroom??? Oh no …. It didn’t match it had caulk everywhere and just really a poor job.”
