”The receptionists haven’t been trained to do their job. Clearly this hotel is geared towards locals and foreign customers are not welcome. I would not stay here again, because of poor customer service. There are plenty of other choices in the area, so do skip this place.
Hotel manager also has an attitude problem and it reflects on the staff.”
”We (Family of 3 + dog) stayed one night and it was an enjoyable stay. Very clean! We loved the pool. The parking is easy and we walked over to the mall just across the parking lot which was nice. Conveniently located near the university. Aldina (front-desk) and Heather (server) were very kind to us during our stay! The included breakfast was a nice touch! We will be back again.”
”Very spacious room. New construction and clean room. Had many ammenities, like fridge, microwave, toaster, hot plate, fully stocked dishes and kitchenware. Did not use any of these as we spent just the night but will book again in the future. Great location to U of M. Arrived too late to use the pool.
Breakfast was the basic hotel breakfast but had a nice variety and good coffee and juice to fuel us for our busy day.
Only thing bad was the beautiful wallpaper in the bathroom was...
