”I ordered a suite with a jacuzzi tub and was given a regular suite without a tub. I inquired with the front desk and they told me I only ordered a regular suite. The toilet in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and there was still trash in the garbage can when we arrived. I will never be staying at this hotel ever again!”

”Easy check-in and parking. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee is not good. Room was very dated and dark but beds were comfortable. Couldn't beat the value for price.”

”I was not happy with my reservation . I asked for double beds and received a single queen bed. Staff was not nice at all when I told him it was wrong. Very disrespectful when I asked questions like I did not exist. I will never stay there again”

”The staff was friendly but were not 100% committed to the task at hand. The room was not as accommodating as it should have been. The air conditioner only stayed cold for a little bit and turned off too frequently. It was not usable all the time and the room periodically became too warm. The breakfast was barely breakfast, no meat, the machines didn't work and the coffee was not good either. I was very upset with the overall experience, especially for the high price I had to pay for one...
