”What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. ”We had a long drive behind us when arriving to this hotel around 22:00 in a Sunday evening. We knew it beforehand and called to the hotel so that the late check-in could be arranged. Everything went smoothly and we got our keycards from the restaurant in the hotel. ”Nice overall experience. Popular among couples and elder travellers, therefore Me as an alone travelling guest did not feel myself as welcome as other guests by the receptionist. ”After two-week adventure, we stayed our last night in Europe at Hotel Hofbalzers. After a long driving day, we were happy to stretch our legs with a walk through the neighborhood to the old church and castle, both in view of the balcony off our hotel room. Then, we enjoyed a very nice dinner on-site at the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful; the room clean and comfortable; and a lovely breakfast to send us off. Highly recommended!”
