”I reserved 4 rooms for 8 of us traveling together. The hotel had a good review on Expedia. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and another guest informed us the elevator was not operating. After several minutes the clerk came out and said she did not have 4 rooms on the ground floor, so someone would have to climb the stairs with their luggage. As a group of senior citizens, this was ridiculous. Because we had to prepay, we had no option but to stay. Would not choose this hotel...

”Thank you Katie and Janell for your willingness to ensure that every guest had a great experience. As for the property it looked very drab and unkept. The indoor pool was not available. There was only one elevator working and it was not in good condition. If the grounds and the amenities matched the level of the staff it would be a great spot to recommend for travelers.”
