My 3 nights stay was 1 bedroom suite with bathroom. Because of the noise from the bar, I could sleep after 2am. The next day morning, I requested room change. FD offered me a room after 3pm. I found out water was leakng from AC. Since hotel was full house, I told FD that I would try to stay. Due to the smell from the carpet, I requested a new room at 5PM. She told me Maint would be there later and tried to fix for me. After I came back from dinner, no maint was there, I asked FD more towels to suck water out from the carpet. FD went up to check the room and confirmed the problem. I paid for the suite, so I didn't want a bunk bed with someone. Therefore, I stayed the same room. 9:30PM, construction was outside my room. I couldn't sleep, so I showed the FD the video at 10:30PM. Smell from the carpet, construction noise, and humidity, I moved to a new room with bunk bed at 11PM. I slept few hours. 4:30AM, I left the room and went back to the old room. Because of my tour at 6:45AM, I left hotel before 6AM. I told the FD the problem, and asked to text/email to me if any update. I was back around 7PM. FD told me they fixed the water leaking, but HK did not clean the room. 9PM the construction started again on my third night. I was tired and fell to sleep after shower.
I understood that you had full house, but HK or maint should check the room before you sold it the guest. If the maint fixed the problem, HK didn't fresh up the rm
