- There are dryers in the communal area to use. The dryer in the apartment is not in use.
- Please ensure to not overload the washer.
- Please note although the property sleeps 3 guests, there is only dining room seating for 2 people.
- There is no lift in the building, there is approximately 24 steps up to the apartment.
- The car space is not covered, it's located just off the street.
- There is only a small hot water unit here, please be mindful to space out your showers between guests.

You will have access to the entire place for the duration of your stay.
