Great location right in the heart of Chatswood with shopping and dining right on the doorstep. Bit tricky to find the car park entry - no directions in online booking info, other than street address. I had to call reception to ask. And no parking spaces marked "Quest", so unsure where to park; again had to check with Reception. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but other than that was OK.
Only issue I had was a male housekeeping staff member tapping lightly on the door while I was dressing in the bathroom and then barging into the room while my husband was sleeping and I was standing there half dressed. Rather than immediately realising his error and exiting the room, he stood there with the door open asking me if I wanted towels or any room items when I he could clearly see someone was asleep and I was only dressed from the waist down. That wasn't a great experience and would put me off staying again, particularly if alone.
