While the hotel was nice, I had problems with flying roaches in my room. When I politely notified the staff, they acted like this was normal and told me they would clean my room. I went about my business for the day and returned to a clean room, but another roach in my bathroom.
Once again I politely and discreetly reported it to the staff and once again they acted like it was normal. No offer to change my room. No offer of a complimentary drink or any sort of compensation for my inconvenience.
I went to dinner and on my return I asked the manager about my room and was assured the roach was taken care of. Then I asked how this would happen and they stated these come thrpugh the drain.
One would think that if they knew this, the drains would not be such that a 4 inch long by 1 inch wide roach could fit through the drain.
Visitors be warned that if you are not comfortable with the possibility of roaches being in your room, do not stay here!
