The generous sleeping (Queen-size bed) area features large mirrored built-in wardrobes and a comfortable layout that balances privacy with the apartment’s open, airy feel.

🏖 Inside the wardrobe, you’ll also find beach towels ready for your use — perfect for a refreshing swim at Balmoral Beach, a surf session at Manly or the northern beaches, or a few laps at the Lane Cove Olympic Pool.

🏡 We kindly ask that you and your guests take care of the property during your stay. Please leave it as neat and lovely as you found it when you arrived — this helps us keep it beautiful and comfortable for everyone to enjoy.

✨Out of respect for our lovely neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm


2. Safety and Security
🚪Your safety is super important to us! Please take a moment when you arrive to get familiar with the house layout, including all emergency exits and the evacuation plan — just in case. Knowing where to go helps keep everyone safe and sound. You can find all this information in our welcome white folder on the table in the bedroom hallway.

For everyone’s safety, please make sure all doors and windows are locked whenever you leave the property. It helps keep both you and the home secure during your stay.


🔑 Access Codes & Keys:
Your access code and keys are just for you and your booked guests. Please don’t share them with anyone else — this keeps the property safe and ensures everyone’s privacy. Thank you for helping us maintain a secure and welcoming space!
