Old Dairy Parvi, kantakaupungin majoitus

"Old Dairy loft" on äskettäin valmistunut parvi huoneisto, jonka palkitsevat arkkitehdit MCK on suunnitellut. Alunperin 1850-luvun maitotilayrityksen uusi muotoilu sisältää alkuperäisen tiiliseinän, joka muodostaa taustan uudelle asettelulle.

Siinä on kauniit mahonki-katot ja kalusteet ja kokolattiamatto kaikkialla. On avokeittiö / ruokailutila / olohuone, josta on näkymät viereiselle puistolle. Makuuhuoneessa on rakennettu vaatekaapit, king-size-vuode, joka voidaan konfiguroida 2 singleä tarvittaessa ja oma kylpyhuone. On pesulapalvelut ja täysin toimiva keittiö, jossa on uuni, kaasuliesi, jääkaappi ja astianpesukone. Järjestelmän lämmitys- / jäähdytysjärjestelmä on jaettu pitämään sisustus mukavassa lämpötilassa. Sinulla on myös TV, DVD, Bose iphone telakka-äänijärjestelmä ja ilmainen wifi.

Ilmainen pysäköinti on saatavilla kadulla, mutta se on rajoitettu 2 tuntia kello 10-18. Meillä on vieraiden oleskelulupien saatavuus niille, jotka tarvitsevat auton ollessaan oleskelevat. Ilmoita meille, jos tarvitset vieraslupaa, koska nämä kulkuluvat veloitetaan lisämaksusta.

Parvi on Moore Parkin vieressä ja vain muutaman minuutin päässä Surry Hillsin ja Dank Streetin kuuluisilta ruokapaikoilta. Fox Studios, Centennial Park ja SCG ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Moore Parkista. Kiinteistö on 2 km päässä Sydneyn keskustasta ja vain 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä lentokentältä.

Löydät parvi rauhalliseksi levähdyspaikaksi, mutta tarpeeksi lähellä kaikkia Sydneyin tarjoamia viihdykkeitä. Alueella on lukuisia pyöräteitä, jotka johtavat sinut ovesta Woolloomolle, Oopperatalolle ja muille Sydneyn nähtävyyksille. Keskusasema on 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Surry Hillsin vehreiden kadujen kautta ja rannat ovat lyhyen bussimatkan päässä.

Olemme äskettäin valmistaneet uima-altaan, joka on vieressä Loft. Uima-altaasta voi tulla melua lämpimillä viikonloppuilla ja viikonloppuisin viikonpäivinä, kun lapset rakastavat uimaan. Varmistamme aina, että se on hiljaista ennen kello 9 ja kello 21 jälkeen.

Let's start with what knocks this from a 5 to a 4. My wife is a neat freak. She first noticed the crums under the toaster and food scraps in the utensil drawer, couch wasn't cleaned with whatever slips inbetween the cushions and dead bugs behind furniture that can be easily moved and vacuumed. The kitchen needed more furniture. The towels left for us looked like they were washed and left to dry in the machine. The cotton towels had the consistency of sandpaper. After rewashing, the towels were better plush and ready for use. There were a shortage of utensils provided and we needed to hand wash those if the dishwasher wasn't full. This is not a car friendly neighborhood if you intend to have one during your stay, however parking passes were available if you wanted to find a spot to park in the neighborhood. My advice would be to find a parking spot in the neighborhood and leave it there for the entirety of your stay. Sydney is an easy city to get around using public transportation which we did for 2 weeks. Busses, light rail and trains will take you to wherever you want to visit without any long waits. The transit passes were left in the unit and we used them and were able to use refill the fares on them online. This unit is a very comfortable unit (not withstanding the initial impressions I mantion above). This unit is located in a great neighborhood where great coffee shops, restaurants and other essentials are nearby. This unit is a solid 4star and can easily be a 5.

Wonderful space.
The loft is a beautifully renovated loft with everything you need. Perfect for a city break! Beautiful area with lots of green spaces and trees. Close to restaurants, cafes, Moore Park and the light rail. Easy access to the city. Some noise at night but it is the festive season!

Great place in Surry Hills
I loved staying at Sarah's place in Surry Hills. Great location near lots of restaurants in a fun lively neighborhood, but away from busy streets so pretty quiet. Nice little park across the street. Well designed, clean lines, very comfortable apartment. I loved Sydney and would definitely stay here again if I can come back.

A great base for a long weekend
The apartment was a great base to spend the weekend catching up with friends and seeing the sites of Sydney. The location is fantastic and the apartment had everything we needed. Only suggestions is for some additional lighting as the apartment could be a bit dark at times and a full length mirror would be useful. We also didn’t get a response from the owner until after we had left when we asked if a late check out was a possibility due to an evening flight (we had messaged the week prior to our booking). But all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay and quiet/great location in Surry Hills
The property owners (Sarah) were very prompt in providing any assistance we needed, even prior to our visit. We ran into some heavy rain during our stay, and the wind broke their umbrella, bit they were very accommodating, even though we offered to replace. The opal cards they provided for public transport were very useful and downtown (CBD) Sydney was 15 minutes away. Groceries, good bars, bakery and restaurants were all conveniently nearby.

Fantastic Flat, Location and Hosts!!!
This flat has everything one needs for a fantastic vacation getaway. The bed is super comfortable and the rain shower is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need, but there are many excellent restaurants in the area if you don’t want to cook on your vacation. One thing we should mention is that the microwave doesn’t work. Sarah was a very good communicator and check in was a breeze. We will gladly stay here again and again.

This was our second stay in this accommodation and this remains our favourite place to stay in Sydney. Very modern and well presented and in a perfect position for all the great bars and cafes in the Redfern and Surrey Hills area. Close to public transport. Highly recommended.

Wonderful quiet place in heart of Sydney
Anything traveling couple that likes to cook and explore using public transportation may ever wish for. Property is spacious, quiet, close to grocery store and several bus stops. There are numerous restaurants nearby. We had breakfast at Little Evie's that was wonderful. Sarah was always available to help and advise. Great stay!
