- Day visitors are limited to 3 people; total maximum at any time = 9 people
- Quiet hours: 9 PM – 7 AM (noise monitored by building management). A $1,000 fine for breach of this rule.
- A signed Short-Term Rental Agreement and security pre-authorization are required before check-in

🚫 Breach of rules may result in:
- $500 fine each for smoking or bringing pets into the property
- $500 cleaning fee for unauthorised events plus a $3,000 fine
- Early termination of stay with no refund
